For optimum performance, thoroughly cleanse and rinse the eye area prior to every application. Allow the eye area to dry. Apply every night before bed. For more rapid results, use every morning as well. Secure cap tightly after each use.

Directions for applying to Lash Line: Apply to the upper and lower lash line (as if applying eyeliner).

Directions for applying to Brows: Apply along the brow using short strokes, massaging into the skin beneath the brows.
