Christy Malles is the owner of The Purple Flower in Denver, CO. She has been a licensed Massage Therapist for over 4 years now and completed her Esthetics training in March 2006 at the Antoine Du Chez Academy. In addition to obtaining her Xtreme Lashes® Certificate, Christy has also obtained a Certification with Dermoligica and has attended numerous continuing education courses with that company. When asked why she initially chose to work with Xtreme Lashes® Christy said, “I did a lot of research on eyelash companies and Xtreme stood out for superior customer service and what they did to promote the industry. I was really impressed with their branding efforts, the way they promoted ‘Xtreme Lashes®’ as THE brand for eyelash extensions and made it stand out. I went to a tradeshow in Vegas in June and went around to other companies and nobody else even came close.”
Christy initially trained with Xtreme Lashes® in April of 2006. In November of 2006 she was selected as an Honorable mention in the first ever Xtreme Lashes® Photo Contest after submitting pictures of her beautiful application work. In July of 2007 Christy joined the ranks of our Premier Lash Stylists when she successfully completed the Xtreme Lashes® Advanced Training course, further expanding on her abilities. Her Xtreme Lashes™ skills have been written up in 5280 (Denver’s Mile High Magazine), in the Denver Post, on TheDenverChannel.com (the local ABC affiliate) and most recently on ThisWeekInDenver.com, making her somewhat of a local celebrity. Her services were also included in an Emmy’s Gift bag in 2006 and subsequently featured in Dolce Vita Magazine’s list of ‘The Top 10 Gifts for Living La Dolce Vita’. Her clients are raving about her, too with comments like: “My Xtreme Lashes® experiences with Christy at The Purple Flower have been nothing short of top of the line!” Customers say she makes them feel really relaxed and at ease. When asked about this, Christy says one of the things she does to increase client comfort levels is to place memory foam on top of the table for extra cushioning!
In her spare time, Christy supports the following organizations through her generous efforts: Rebuilding Together Metro Denver, Colorado Symphony Orchestra, The American Red Cross, National Coalition Against Domestic Violence and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation among many others.
