Hands on Eyelash Extension Training
All of our Training Programs have extensive hands on education. There is no need to bring a model to Training. You will partner up with another student and learn to apply Xtreme Lashes® Eyelash extensions to one another. It is critical that you have Xtreme Lashes® Eyelash Extensions applied to yourself in order to fully understand the procedure and properly consult with your customers. It is impossible to learn how to properly apply eyelash extensions through a DVD. Hands on education, through an experienced educator, is a must.

Certified Xtreme Lashes® Eyelash Extension Instructors
Xtreme Lashes receives hundreds of applicants to be Certified Xtreme Lashes Instructors each month. From these, we select only the best technicians, who have a generous, teaching spirit with a heart for giving their all to our students. These “Instructors in training” then undergo a 100 hour boot camp where they hone their technical skills and their teaching skills. After the boot camp, each “Instructor in training” participates in numerous Training Programs as a trainee. Here they continue learning as they witness experienced Certified Xtreme Lashes instructors conduct Training. Only after all of Xtreme Lashes Instructor criteria are fully met are they certified to be an Xtreme Lashes Certified Instructor. While the competition hires anyone who simply states they can do eyelash extensions, Xtreme Lashes has taken a very different path. Very few applicants make it through the stringent process to become an Instructor. Instructor applicants must demonstrate the following:

• Apply a perfect set of eyelash extensions
• A strong passion for eyelash extension education
• Must be a very professional and polished individual
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills
• Extremely patient
• Very sharing and generous spirit
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to any personality and skill level

Standardized Curriculum
The Xtreme Lashes® Eyelash Extension Training is consistent throughout the world. No matter what Training you attend you will learn the same skills and knowledge required to be successful in the eyelash extension industry. • Proper tool handling, client safety and appropriate hygiene.
• Application techniques through hands-on exercises. You will learn how to:
  • Properly pick up the lash.
  • Use the right amount of adhesive for a secure bond without clumps.
  • Make the lashes last longer by using our exclusive “shimmy” technique.
  • How to isolate to make sure lashes do not stick together.
  • Fix crooked and kinky natural lashes.
  • Measure the natural lashes to select the right thickness, length and curvature.
• Xtreme Lashes® exclusive Design method to suit the client’s different eye shapes.
• How to remove lash extensions without damaging the natural lash.
• Product knowledge on after care products and how to retail after products.
• How to effectively advertise and market your new skill.
