How Xtreme Lashes® Lash Stylists earn Eyelash Extensions Certification:

• Submit proof of health/beauty license or credentials.
  
  
• Take a 2 day hands-on eyelash extensions training workshop (9 hours in each day).
  
  
• Successfully complete the eyelash extensions workshop.
  
  
• Spend 1 month practicing and successfully complete 12 Xtreme Lashes® Eyelash Extensions applications on models.
  
  
• Earn Eyelash Extensions Certification by successfully completing a Eyelash Extensions Certification workshop or submitting before and after photos of 5 unique models showing close-up details of the Xtreme Lashes® Eyelash Extensions application.
  
  
• In order to become certified, stylists must demonstrate:
  • Proper use of eyelash extension adhesive
  • Proper eyelash extensions attachment.
  • Proper eyelash extensions styling and design.
  • At least 40 eyelash extensions per eye.

• Stylists must meet Xtreme Lashes® Lash Stylist Eyelash Extensions Certification objectives.
  
  
• Submit 20 additional before and after eyelash extensions photos of at least 5 clients.
  
  
• The photos must demonstrate:
  • Proper use of eyelash extension adhesive.
  • Proper eyelash extensions attachment.
  • At least 65 eyelash extensions per eye.
  • Superior Eyelash Extensions Styling and Design.

How Xtreme Lashes® Lash Stylists earn Advanced Eyelash Extensions Certification – The highest level of certification.

Clients who are Advanced certified are the “Best of the Best”—able to customize eyelashes to suit the individual styling needs and eye shapes of their clients.

• Stylists must meet Xtreme Lashes® Lash Stylist Certification objectives.
  
  
• Stylists must successfully complete an Xtreme Lashes® Advanced Lash Stylist Workshop.
  
  
• Submit additional 20 before and after eyelash extensions photos of at least 5 clients using Advanced eyelash extension application techniques.
  
  
• The photos must demonstrate:
  • At least 75 eyelash extensions per eye.
  • Use of Advanced eyelash extensions application techniques.
  • Use of Advanced eyelash extensions styling techniques such as volumizing, layering, feathering, perking and bridging.
  • Ability to customize the perfect eyelash design on any eye shape.
  • Advanced use of color to add dimension to eyelashes.
